2012 Currently working with one of the fastest growing,
privately held food & beverage companies in the USA, and they are seeking
a promotable Quality Assurance Resource for a food processing plant located
near Indianapolis, IN. BS Science or related degree required with 1-3 years in
a QA supervisory position in the food & beverage industry. Beverage,
bottling, canning, etc experience is a plus.
Reporting to Quality Manager, will direct the QA activities over 4+ packaging
/ bottling lines on a given shift. Candidate will facilitate TQM, SQF, SPC, and HACCP
programs, including training programs for operators in a High Performance
Work Team environment. Ensure quality compliance with plant, division and
corporate regulations, including FDA, GMPs, SOP’s raw, in-process and
finished goods testing, vendor auditing, sanitation, CIP systems,
safety/OSHA, etc. Candidate should be flexible on shifts. Salary to
$60,000 + 8% Bonus. |
