Summary: Mettler Toledo has
established itself as a subject matter expert in the field of food safety
as it pertains to foreign material prevention systems and processes. The
associate will assist in continuing to grow our position through industry
conference presentations and participation as well as increase sales
opportunities through Full Facility Assessment Audits conducted at customer
facilities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
include the following:
Research and execute corporate QC/QA seminars as well as
Sales Rep territorial events like the Due Diligence Seminars
Provide continuous support and training to Regional Sales
Management team on SLR topics supporting their ability to present material
during individual sales calls
Support industry partners and associations by actively
participating in trade conferences and shows through presentations both
live and on-line activities
Research and execute Full Facility Assessment Audits and
provide customers with improvement opportunities highlighting Mettler Toledo solutions
Maintain industry leading knowledge of safety standards and
legislation through continuous training and studying of SLR updates and
changes

Customers QA/QC management and staff
Industry partners (BRC, SQF, IFS,FSSC22000,
etc.)
Regulatory Agencies (FDA,USDA,etc.)
Knowledge, Skills, Attitude:
Working knowledge of Mettler
Toledo PI solutions with the ability to confidently present in front of
senior management level audiences
Continuous improvement attitude with constant drive to
improve knowledge and understanding of food safety related topics
Self-motivator with drive to proactively identify
opportunities
Ability to travel both nationally and internationally (75%
travel)
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree: Science, Business
Desired: Safety Management, Science, Food Safety
