Requirements:

-Bachelors Degree in Food Science required.
-15+ years
of experience required.
-Experience
in product development, quality assurance, and hybrid research.
Job Duties:
-Formulation
Development on all ingredients, Food Science Principles, Shelf-life,
Chemistry, Formulation Marriage with Operations, Process Optimization,
Customer/Sales Point Person for Product, Special Project Management as
Outlined by R&D
Manager,
Food Science as it relates to Packaging, Nutritional Fact Panel Design and
Test
Verification,
Development in conjunction with Packaging Engineer and Shelf-life
determination.
-Assist in
Design and Develop Consumer Testing Strategies.
-Lab
methods and trial development and Plant trials as related to R&D as
well as Source alternative suppliers for ingredients.
