We have an immediate need for a Food Science-Food Safety
Professional to conduct extensive analysis of processes, risks, hazards and
food safety of raw powdered juice products. The job requires an
understanding of raw product status and strong microbiology background to
define bio load rationale. The selected individual will develop bio load
management strategies, research projects and quality control procedures.
The assignment will require a written opinion report to support marketing
strategies and saftety conclusions on the consumption of raw powdered juice
products. Graduate degree required on Microbiology or Food Science.
