University of Kentucky is seeking candidates for
a Lecturer, non-tenured track position in the Department of Nutrition &
Food Science. This is a 9-month position.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Evidence of professional teaching experience is required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, sufficient to work effectively with diverse students and faculty are required. Familiarity with ACEND standards for dietetics education is highly desirable.
Preferred Education / Experience
Master's Degree (PhD strongly preferred) in nutrition or closely related field is required. Registered Dietitian (RD) credential is required, with demonstrated professional work experience in dietetics. Membership in the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics is required.
