Food Scientist - Minnesota
Our client offers a broad range of ingredients
into the large food manufacturers and is in need of a strong individual to
lead their new product development.
This role will (in response to specific briefs
from the sales staff, customers, and division GM) investigate the chemical,
microbiological, physical and sensory nature of food, and apply this
knowledge in the development of novel and innovative products, processing,
preserving, packaging, distributing and storing of food. And has overall
responsibility for product formulation and bases for customers and
coordinate internal sensory screening for flavor and finished product.
Ensure formulations comply with and adhere to federal and food standards,
legislative and regulatory requirements. Help to maintain maximum safety
conditions in the work place.
