growing USDA meat manufacturer is currently searching for a degreed
food technologist. The individual hired must be degreed in food science
or related and reside in the Midatlantic region. The person must have
experience with USDA products specifically hotdog's, salami, raw and
cooked pickled meats and poultry products.The individual hired will be
responsible for new product develoment including conducting experiments
and producing sample products, as well as designing the processes and
machinery for making products with a consistent flavour, colour and
texture in large quantities. The person will work with the USDA and
other regulatory bodies in the food inspection process. The individual
