Job Description
Major Midwest Food processing company is focused on Food
Safety and has a very strategic approach to insure that it is considered
through all phases of their business.
Currently we are looking for a degreed Engineer who has been
involved with assessing Food Safety aspects as they relate to equipment
design, process lay-out, manufacturing parameters, cleaning and maintenance
considerations, etc.
This person will be expected to provide expertise and
leadership in support of cross-functional food safety audit teams. The
position will have a high level of influence over both internal and
external engineering teams and will be viewed as a key resource in the
company’s strategic approach to Food Safety.
Requirements:
- Degreed Engineer
- 10 years related experience
in hygienic design and food industry auditing
- Knowledge of OSHA, BISSC,
GMA, USDA & FDA standards
Location: Midwest
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000; Competitive Benefits; Relocation
