Little Lady Foods, Inc. has an immediate opening for a
Corporate Food Safety Manager. In this role you will be responsible for
managing the implementation of food safety and regulatory policies,
procedures and customer requirements. You will work with various teams
on food safety issue resolution and corrective actions.
Other responsibilities include:
· Direct multi-plant sanitation efforts to include
training, SSOPs, master sanitation schedules, etc.
· Provide food safety support to sales, sanitation,
operations and maintenance as required.
· Conduct on-site food safety audits.
· Coordinate food safety audit results and track
performance against established goals; manager program of periodic reporting
of food safety performance.
· Work with third party pest control suppliers to
assure compliance with corporate policies and procedures. Address
issues and insure appropriate corrective actions are implemented and
maintained.
· Administer continuous improvement program.
· Manage food safety inquiries.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor’s degree in food safety or related field
along with a minimum of five years food safety experience preferably in a
USDA food manufacturing environment.
· Thorough understanding of food safety principles.
· HAACP Certification.
· Food safety and sanitation auditing experience.
· Strong written and verbal communications.
· Excellent data management skills.
· Pest control operator license preferred.
· SQF Certification preferred.
