Internship opportunity for a Food Science major interested in learning
more about food processing that will include a variety of different
responsibilities. ****Applicants should included availability in Cover
Letter including date to begin working and end*** Full-time over the
summer - candidates should be living locally in the LA or OC area during
the summer -Assist in formulation and making of new products or
modification to the current product lines. -Participate in pilot plant testing
-Assist in areas of technologies such as canning, extrusion, baking,
dehydration, and preservation systems. -Food Analysis on finished
products and raw materials -Perform computer work such as graphs and
charts -Variety of other duties as assigned Experience: -Pursuing a BS or
MS in Food Science, Food Engineering, or related science -Must be willing
