Lab Tech (Food &
Beverage) – Los Angeles, CA
Chem and Micro tests on food products.
Will perform line checks,
documentation/paperwork, Certificates of Analysis
Required skills:
Experience with wet
chemistry and micro. Testing food products experience preferred.
Testing for antibiotics,
yeast, mold, coliforms, pH, moisture, fat.
BS candidates or
applicable laboratory experience in food &
beverage industry. Recent grads in the food science arenas
preferred!
