QuikTrip Corporation is now seeking a
Corporate Food Scientist/Technologist to work in the Corporate Office
in Tulsa, OK. The primary purpose of this position is to insure the
ongoing quality and consistency of food/drink items manufactured or
purchased by QuikTrip.
The requirements for
this position include a High School diploma or equivalent and graduate
of an accredited School in Food Science OR degree in Chemistry; 3-5 years experience as a food scientist/technologist
within a commissary or other production environment, including
experience developing food menu items; and extensive research and
development skills; Ability to work with others in a collaborative
environment. Position requires strong problem solving skills, knowledge
of kitchen equipment and culinary processes. The general hours for this
position are Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. but may vary
according to projects and deadlines. Salary is commensurate with
experience.
