Doherty Scientific
Resources has an opportunity in the Northern Metro for a Director of
Operations at an established company that has been in business since 1933
(75 years). Two major componentsof the business are producer payment
testing and wet chemistry analysis.
The Director of Operation provides overall direction/supervision to
laboratory production processes, leads and develops personnel in
laboratory, and is responsible for management and operation of testing
services performed by the laboratory. The Director of Operations also
oversees the hiring, training, scheduling of employees.
Requirements
• 5 years of management experience with an equivalent background in
testing laboratory or related operation.
• B.S. in Microbiology, Chemistry, Food Science, Biochemistry
• Strong microbiology, food science, or chemistry B.S. preferred
