is no relocation program. So, local candidates only or people who are
willing to relocate themselves. They are independently owned and have been
in business for 30+ years. They have been experiencing enormous growth the
last 2 to 3 years in which they have gone from 85 to 125+ employees and
taken production from 2 to 3 shifts. Current customers are hospitals,
doctors and clinics who specialize in weight loss and nutritional medicine.
They also sell OTC product to nutritional stores, retail stores, fitness
centers, etc. and they have a mail order service. They are working on
expanding to other markets. Their procuts are based on "real science"
and they have a very good relationship with the FDA, USDA, etc. This, along
with their fairly small size, allows them to get products FDA approved and
out to the market quickly. They are a “flat” organization so not a lot of
upward mobility title-wise but as their product lines grow all of their
employees will grow with them. They cross train all of their R&D people
on all of their products so everyone is involved with projects and they
keep their people "fresh and challenged". Currently have 10
people in their R&D group.
