Quality Assurance Manager – Wricley Nut Products Co. Philadelphia, PA Wricley Nut Products Company has been providing quality nuts and dried
fruits since 1955. We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager. The
right candidate will be responsible for managing all resources related to
quality assurance to
ensure continuous production of products consistent with established
standards. This
would include development and implementation of all programs that would
improve the quality of the product, quality control, quality assurance,
safety, technology and documentation. Ensure GMP’s (Good Manufacturing
Practices), SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures), and HACCP (Hazard
Analysis). This
position will provide an excellent growth opportunity for self-motivated,
flexible individuals who enjoy challenging and diverse job responsibilities. Responsibilities: ·
Responsible for implementing & maintaining current HACCP Program. ·
Ensure effectiveness of the Master Sanitation and Pest Control programs for
the facility and any associated food grade storage areas. ·
Work with plant management team and employees to implement programs to
resolve quality issues as needed. ·
Oversee production line for quality & manage sanitation schedules for
equipment. ·
Provide support to the Plant Management staff during hours of operation. Requirements: BS.
/ BA, Bachelor’s Degree is required in Food Science, Biology, Microbiology,
or related technical discipline, and/or a minimum of 3-5 years related
experience. ·
General computer literacy required, with proficiency in Microsoft Office
software products. ·
Certifications in auditing, HACCP, SQF Practitioner, Food Safety and Quality
Systems a plus. ·
Thorough knowledge of Food Safety and Quality Systems, quality auditing
procedures, FDA and USDA Food Safety and Quality Regulations. Contact:
