The Food Technology / Sensory
Internship is a program that will train the
intern on sensory lab technics in a renowned cheese production facility.
The Internship will also encompass involvement in a basic R&D
- Set up comparison
evaluations and set up products for comparison.
- Write up product
- Help sort and identify
esthetically pleasing blocks for future contests.
- Help organize and
categorize shelf life photos and videos.
- Review Sensory Process and
verify the process follows exact PPM documentation for SQF audit.
- Assist in R&D projects.
school diploma is required. Bachelorís degree earned within six months or
in the process of obtaining a Bachelorís degree in Food Science, Dairy
Science or related field of study is preferred.
food production or production /manufacturing experience and/or training is preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

database experience preferred.

fulltime internship position. Wage is $15 to $18 per hour depending on
experience and education.
