Food Science R&D Technician – East Hanover, NJ

Kelly Scientific Resources is assisting a global food company in the Northern NJ area identify a burgeoning food scientist to work in on the formulation of bakery products (i.e. cookie dough). In this contract opportunity, the selected candidate will weigh out raw materials in addition to working with mixers, sheeting equipment and rollers. He/she will have to measure the height, thickness and weight of the final products to ensure uniformity.

Qualified candidates must:
* Be able to carry out multiple step SOP instructions
* Be skilled in MS Office, especially Excel
* Have good interpersonal skills
* Have a BS degree in Food Science or Biology with roughly 1 year of experience
