allows for the candidate to work across Jell-O (Dry Packaged Desserts,
Refrigerated Ready to Eat Desserts) on core business initiatives such
as productivity, brand maintenance, renovations, and line extensions.
While in this role, the candidate will lead product development for
specific areas of Jell-O and the subsequent commercialization efforts.
The individual will collaborate with other product and process
developers, coordinate with the cross-functional commercialization
team, and interact closely with procurement and operations.

development projects from development through commercialization and
also gain exposure to a core function focusing on productivity, brand
maintenance, renovations, and product line extensions.
Independently lead product
development projects from formulation through scale up and start up.
Support extended cross functional
team on initiatives to ensure speed to market.
Act as a R&D point person for the
manufacturing plant and assist plant Operations with trouble shooting,
design and/or product quality related issues. Support general brand
Interact with peers and technical
experts on a daily basis to understand project needs, establish
development plans & testing requirements and implement key
Interact with direct management on a
daily and as needed basis for reviewing recommended action plans, as
well as receiving coaching on projects and career plans.
Interact with Plant Engineering and
Operations on an as needed basis to conduct experiments and trials and
to assist in operations troubleshooting needs.
BS/MS in Food Science or Chemical
R&D product development
experience in a CPG company (with Kraft or other Food & Beverage
Development experience with products
which require both formulation and process to create.
Self-Motivated by problem solving and
inherient curiosity to understand how things
Ability to work effectively in a team
and with others
Strong technical skills in food
Ability to handle complex assignments
on aggressive timing
Excellent verbal, written, and oral
Executional excellence, personal
leadership and customer focus a must
