plant in Moses Lake, Washington is currently seeking candidates for
the Management Trainee Program.

Trainee Program
Overview:
This program is designed to educate participants on the business methods and
manufacturing processes within our Food Division and prepare you to take on a
management role with Simplot. As a Management Trainee, you will learn
about food processing, not by reading about it, but by participating in the
actual processes. You will receive periodic evaluations to monitor
progress to ensure your understanding of the projects you participate
in. Trainees that excel in the program will be considered for future
vacancies within the organization.
Simplot's potato plants
are located in Caldwell (ID), Nampa (ID), and Aberdeen (ID), Moses Lake (WA),
Othello (WA), Grand Forks (ND), and Portage La Prairie, Manitoba (Canada).

hands-on and classroom experiences. You will not be in an office all
day, rather you will be out in the operations partnering with and learning
from the most knowledgeable people in food processing. This experience

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (in Food Science or Business preferred) or a recent
graduate.
- Experience in operations, engineering, food science, or related areas.
- Other helpful qualifications (but not required) are a familiarity with the
Spanish language, agriculture experience, or a work history in a related
field.
