Duties and Responsibilities
This internship
position at J&J Distributing provides an opportunity to work in a
hands-on environment and become actively involved in food safety and
Quality Assurance procedures.
The intern’s role
will be to support the Quality Assurance department with active
participation in developing the FS/QA Manual.
Follow instructions
and performing Quality Control checks.
Participate
in multiple teams to accomplish deadline in SQF System
implementation.
Qualifications
Either recently
attained or in the process of attaining a degree in Biology, Chemistry,
Food Science or other relevant fields of study.
Has a strong working
knowledge of Microsoft word and Excel.
Has the ability to
take on multiple projects at once.
Lab experience is a
plus.
Able to work 30+
hours a week
