seeking a Manager, Food Quality and Safety to oversee the Sodexo Magic food quality controls and contract
compliance program at Walt Disney World Resorts in Orlando, FL.
The ideal candidate
will have a proven record in successfully managing food quality &
safety controls. The candidate will be responsible for daily audits of all
points of service ensuring consistency in food quality, ensuring that all
points of operations and services are meeting Sodexo
Magic’s standard of excellence, filing reports and taking corrective action
to resolve/rectify any issues.

Basic Education
Requirement - High School Diploma or GED
Basic Management Experience - 1 year
Basic Functional Experience - 1 year work experience in facilities (e.g.,
maintenance, plant operations, engineering services, grounds,
custodial/environmental, or transportation) or food (e.g., food services or
operations, concessions, retail sales, store operations, or vending) ser
Sodexo will require a background check and may
require a drug screen for this position.
