client realizes that their success depends on supplying consistent
quality products at fair market prices, and that they do! Located
in Central Washington they deliver consistent quality year after year.
Their plant is one of the most modern and versatile in the
industry. They are looking for a Quality Manager who is a go
getter, proactive, and someone who likes to be on the floor training,
developing and implementing good GMP Quality programs. The role
of this manager will be to upgrade quality in the company and to create
a culture change as well. Requirements would be a minimum of 8-10
years (or more)in food processing (fresh, frozen, canned fruits or
vegetables). In addition, they prefer someone coming from a mixed
culture environment and is bi-lingual Spanish. They are
reorganizing and restructuring and want to create a more open and
participative environment where supervisors and managers are included
in the decision making.
