Job Description

MOCON, a world leader in developing, manufacturing and marketing high-tech measurement equipment and services has an immediate need for a self-motivated Food Safety Scientist.

This position is responsible for providing technical support for laboratory food safety testing product sales. The primary location will be at our Corporate Headquarters in Minneapolis, MN. Some domestic and international travel may be required (25% to 50%).

Requirements Include:

  • Advanced degree in Food Science, Micro Biology or other related field required.
  • Good working knowledge of current food safety standards required.
  • Industry experience in food safety preferred.
  • Public speaking skills highly desired.
  • Local candidates only.
