Job Description:
Our client, located in the Salisbury, MA area is seeking a Food Scientist,
responsible for the management of the chilled food development team,
including working with the technologists, development buyer, the raw material
team and in conjunction with the marketing, purchasing teams and development
chef.
Manage weekly team meetings, ensure products are technically able to be
processed, attend factory trials and product taste tests with the team,
ensure development integrity and customer feedback is integrated into the new
product design. Ensure cooking instructions are completed to meet Tesco requirements.
Must have food manufacturing industry experience. Bachelor’s degree in food
science preferred.
