Essential Duties and Responsibilities

communicate with internal business partners.
information regarding future product requirements with customers and
share data with sales and marketing to collectively address future
innovative concepts and products for internal and external accounts
on an ongoing basis.
the R&D Manager with cost reduction, ingredient
substitution/consolidation and other key initiatives as assigned.
with and provide technical leadership and/or support to Operations,
Manufacturing, Customer Service and QA in new product development
and product maintenance activities (cost reductions, shelf stability
studies, ingredient substitutions, etc.)
Education and/or Experience
(Masters preferred) in Food Science and four years of professional
product development/food science experience and/or an equivalent
combination of education and experience.
Foods manufacturers and supplies custom developed products and
ingredients for the foodservice industry and CPG companies. We also
manufacture and market our own consumer brands including Mrs.
Richardsonís Ice Cream Toppings and Nanceís Mustards and Condiments.
