DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage Quality Control and Food safety staff by staffing, directing,
training, controlling, and providing feedback as needed.
Establish, implement, manage, and maintain Food Safety programs for the
company, including processing operations, farming operations, and our
contract growers. Ensure that all company programs are compliant with all
applicable legal and regulatory requirements. Act as point person for all
food safety and sustainability related legal and regulatory requirements.
Assist in problem resolution in both the processing and agricultural
Work closely with Field Operations personnel, including district
management and field inspectors to develop and implement quality
assurance procedures for the company's agricultural operations including
procedures to monitor and track third-party and/or customer quality
audits. Oversee the implementation of Good Agricultural Practices for
