Kraft Foods

Description:

Kraft Foods in East Hanover, NJ is seeking a full time consultant to support nutrition, regulatory and product labeling activities.  Responsibilities include: perform data entry and analysis, proofread label artwork for accuracy, perform nutrition database maintenance projects (data entry & clean up, generating/editing reports), and filing.  Detailed technical work requiring precision and accuracy.

Aptitude for regulatory work a plus, basic nutrition labeling training will be provided.

Individual should have strong Computer Skills.

Requirements

Requirements:

* BS in a foods, foods science and/or nutrition subject 

* Excellent computer & MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint) 
* Detailed oriented with good analytical skills
* Comfortable working in multiple applications at once.
* Data input and database experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Require good logical thinking

* Quick learner 
* Enjoys working with numbers and technical data
