growing and currently seeking an experienced Senior Food Scientist to
support their Food Service R&D Team.

primarily on syrups, smoothie mixes, concentrates and bases.
Senior Food Scientist will create new concepts and work with various technologies
including cold fill, hot fill and pasteurization.
will develop new products using internal and external resources to deliver
products within time, taste, functionality, cost and regulatory
expectations. Responsibilities will extend to defining specifications and
standards for finished products and interaction with key customers.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Experience developing food service products
least 5 years of experience working cross functionally within R&D, QA,

Experience working with Foodservice accounts
working knowledge of ingredient functionality
Experience taking new products from concept through to test and final
