We are currently seeking a Plant Manager for our
Orange County location. This is a confidential position. We have retained

Job Description:
- Lead and motivate diverse
work teams and schedule and coordinate all employees engaged in the
batching and processing phase of company products, to support
production goals and objectives
- Responsible for timely
completion of technical documents (e.g., manufacturing batch
records, rework procedures, etc.) and ensure products meet or exceed
the company objectives and customer requirements
- Ensure products meet
applicable local, state and federal or FDA regulations and
requirements
- Work with Manufacturing
Maintenance, Quality Department, and individual in-charge of
environmental health & safety to ensure adherence to SOPs,
safety, ergonomics, quality and GMPs (Food and Dietary Supplement
GMPs - Parts 110 and 111)
- Assist the Quality
Department in resolving customer’s quality issues through material
reviews, corrective and/or preventive actions (CAPA) and technical
support
- Assist in execution of
proactive quality management practices, including Statistical
Sampling, Statistical Process Control, Design of Experiments, etc.
Requirements:
- 5 + years as a Plant
Manager or similar supervisory role for the Pharmaceutical,
Cosmetics, Nutraceutical, or Food
Industries
- Experience with EPA, OSHA,
DEC, ISO, etc. and ERP environment preferred
- B.S. in Chemical or Food
Engineering, Food Science or related (advanced degree preferred,
including business or operations management degrees)
- Lean Manufacturing or HACCP
certificates are a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
is a plus
