Requirements: BS/MS/PhD in Food Science. The candidate must have sour cream and or cottage cheese. They are narrow on this one and are not considering other application areas. I will continue to pust if we have someone with cultured dairy products like yogurt and cream cheese.
DUTIES: Responsible for the development, and implementation sour cream and cottage cheese products. Will be responsible for bench top development through to commercialization. Responsible for the development and implementation of the innovative products in this area. Design R&D metrics and project updates.
