Looking to join a dynamic
and rewarding company? My client is an innovative leader in
the international food industry, has an immediate opening for a Culinary
Scientist to work at its corporate office in San Pedro. This position
will play a key role in the R&D Department by developing new products
and providing culinary support for our R&D Technologists.
Some responsibilities for
this position include:

Develop new products.
·
Ability to translate culinary recipes into production formulas.
·
Provide expertise on ingredients and ingredient functionality.
·
Interface with the cross-function team in the tracking of ingredient
quality.
·
Assist the R&D Technologists and R&D manager as needed with special
projects.
Do you have the following
qualifications?
·
Degree in Food Science or related field with culinary experience.
·
Minimum 3-5 years food industry experience.
·
Experience in QC or R&D preferred.
·
Ability to travel for plant and vendor visits.
·
Experience in sensory testing and profiling.
