Minimum B.S. in Food Science or related scientific technical degree.
Preferred minimum ten (10) years
experience in Quality Management or relevant scientific area.
Understanding of GFSI and Food Safety Regulations
High degree of proficiency with PC based Microsoft software packages,
such as Excel, Word, Power Point, Visio and Outlook
Excellent analytical, problem solving and statistical skills
Excellent leadership, inter-personal skills and management
Excellent organizational, communication and presentations skills
Detail oriented with high level efficiency to meet tight deadlines
Ability to multi-task leading several key projects at a time
