Job Description

Do you want to springboard your SQF experience into the next level of your career? We are looking for an experienced Quality leader who can change and improve a company's quality and food safety policies in multiple facilities. The successful candidate will have Quality Management experience in USDA meat/poultry operations, preferably further processing, and will be experienced in SQF implementation. We want someone who wants to lead the food safety and quality teams to unprecedented performance levels. Specific reponsibilities include: • Evaluate and improve existing quality policies and procedures. • Uniform implementation of SQF and other Quality Processes throughout multiple facilities. • Team building.

Experience and Skills: • SQF Implementation Required • Familiarity will SQF,HACCP,USDA,FDA,GMP's,AIB,OSHA,SPC, and all other acronyms associated with food manufacturing Quality Assurance. • Flexible and adaptable to a changing/growing environment.
