Description:
Aerotek Scientific is currently
recruiting for an Analytical Chemist for our client in the Food Science
Industry in the Kansas City area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to join a dynamic Food
Company.
Responsibilities:
- The use and application of complex analytical instrumentation to support
food product development and processing.
-Method development and validation (LC/MS, GC/MS, DSC)
-Ability to troubleshoot and maintain complex analytical instrumentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree or higher in a chemistry related discipline is required.
- Masters Degree is ideal.
- 5 or more years experience within the food industry.
- Strong Written and verbal communication skills.
