Description
Technician needed
for food research and development lab. Will be responsible for general lab
procedures, mixing ingredients, using ovens, industrial mixers,
thermometers, scales and other equipment as needed. Perform line and
quality checks on all products and mixes for pizza, pancake, pretzel and
other dry mixes. Must be eager to learn and able to work independently.
Must have previous food and baking experience. This will not be a
temporary position, only serious job seekers may apply.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- 3-5 years experience in food
service, kitchen, restaurant, or laboratory environment
- Must have some baking
experience
- Good attitude, hard working,
ability to multi-task, dedicated, honest and willing to learn
- Must have an excellent
attendance record and be a team player
- 2 positions available: 2nd
shift 7pm-3:30am 3rd shift 1am-9:30am
