and coordinate various departments and contractors. This person must have
overall management and delegation skills. Articulate! A true scientist who
can negotiate sales with outside research contractors as well as develop a
cradle to grave food product. From the product\'s infancy all the way to
distribution. Very high profile. Job
Duties: Will be heavily involved in Newly Defined Products as well as Hybrid
Development as it relates to Flavor and Performance. Formulation Development
on all ingredients. Food Science Principles. Shelf-life.Food Science as it
Relates to Packaging. Artwork Adherence to Government Compliance. Nutritional
Fact Panel Design and Test Verification. Interfacing and coordinating Third
Party Laboratory. Development in conjunction with Sr. Packaging Engineer.
Shelf-life Determination. Design and Develop Consumer Testing Strategies.
Work closely with Marketing and sale. Design Questionnaire with Consumer
Research Company. Disseminate results to Management with recommendations. Lab
and trial development.Work closely with Lab Technician. and Plant trials as
related to R&D. Source alternative suppliers for ingredients. Analytical
support, working closely with the Quality Department |
