Build an R&D program from the ground up! Lead new product design,
planning, development & commercialization efforts.
Responsibilities will include raw meat fabrication and value added product
development; interaction with various customers and sales staff; costing;
least cost formulation; formulation/re-formulation; functional extension
development; cross departmental coordination; and technical assistance to
operations. This position will have both a technical and operational
focus, and reports to the General Manager.
Candidates will possess:
- 3+ years R&D experience in a cooked meat environment.
- BS Meat Science.
- HACCP and Food Safety experience.
- SQF experience.
