The Food Safety/ZoonoticTechnologist
(FSZ) is responsible for developing or modifying new in-vitro analyses of
food and biologic specimens according to the procedures established for
routine and specialized areas of Food Safety and Zoonotics
Laboratory. The FSZ Technologist will also participate in the supportive
functions of quality control, customer service, instrument operation,
troubleshooting, teaching and problem resolution.
Education: Bachelorís Degree in Biological Sciences or
equivalent is required. (Education qualifications must be from a school
whose accreditation is recognized by Marshfield Clinic).
Experience: Minimum of three years of laboratory experience
required. Previous food safety testing experience is highly desirable.
Experience with Laboratory Information Systems is beneficial
