Quality Systems Manager - Lundberg Family Farms – Richvale, CA
Lundberg Family Farms is seeking a full time Quality Systems Manager to plan, direct, oversee and improve quality systems and processes across the company.
This position is responsible for the results of all quality systems, assuring effective change management, and driving continuous process improvement. Responsibilities include the management of all quality assurance, sanitation, technical services and laboratory functions for the company.
The successful candidate will have superior managerial, leadership and communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills. Candidates should have knowledge of and experience in trace/recall, critical process measurement, hazard analysis, and product design/specifications. Extensive knowledge in related food quality standards, food production management and HACCP and food safety management is essential.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Quality Management or a related field is required. Certification in Six Sigma, Lean and/or ISO is preferred. Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years experience in Quality Systems management.
To be eligible for a transfer or promotion, current employees must have received positive performance assessment scores and not have had disciplinary actions within the past year.
