Design and
implementation of laboratory experiments to elucidate photochemical reactions
in food and beverage systems and the effect of packaging materials; analysis
and interpretation of experimental results; communication of project results
and interpretation (oral, written skills) and preparation of reports for
funding group(s), abstracts, manuscripts, and technical posters; supervising
graduate and/or undergraduate researchers working on the project;
assisting/contributing to proposal writing for seeking related funding
opportunities; other responsibilities in support of research activities
within laboratory group; contribute to management of sensory evaluation
experiments; contribute to processing and packaging of beverages and foods
