Job Description :

Kelly Scientific Resources currently has a 4 month contract R&D Food Science position in the Plymouth, MN area. Position would be Monday Friday, 1st shift,

 

POSITION DESCRIPTION

  • Work in a variety of areas including new product development, established product improvement, new technology and cost savings.
  • Work in partnership with Food Scientist or engineering
  • Developing prototypes at the bench, producing product for consumer research, assist in plant trials and commercialization
  • Formulation work

REQUIREMENTS

         BA/BS in Food Science or related field

         1-4 years of industry experience with familiarity with food product formulation

         Basic understanding of food science principles and experimentation process.

         Proficient in basic Computer skills (Excel, word and general computer application software)

         Good written and communication skills
