Kelly Scientific Resources currently has a 4 month contract
R&D Food Science position in the Plymouth, MN area. Position would be
Monday – Friday, 1st shift,
POSITION DESCRIPTION
- Work in a variety of areas
including new product development, established product improvement,
new technology and cost savings.
- Work in partnership with
Food Scientist or engineering
- Developing prototypes at
the bench, producing product for consumer research, assist in plant
trials and commercialization
- Formulation work
REQUIREMENTS
·
BA/BS
in Food Science or related field
·
1-4
years of industry experience with familiarity with food product
formulation
·
Basic
understanding of food science principles and experimentation process.
·
Proficient
in basic Computer skills (Excel, word and general computer application
software)
·
Good
written and communication skills
