General responsibilities may include:
- R&D analysis to develop new flavors, bio-based preservatives
- Quality Assurance leadership duties such as implementing and
maintaining compliance with SOPs and regulations
- Quality Control testing on raw ingredients, in-process, and
finished product samples
Education and experience required:
Bachelors degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry or
related science area
Food Industry experience required
of basic GMP and FDA/USDA regulations a plus
