Product Development Scientist
We are seeking a highly motivated
self-starter who enjoys working in a fast paced high volume environment
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop
new fruit drink products
- Bring
products from concept to production
- Conduct
sensory panels
- Develop
the Nutrition Facts and ingredient statements
- Qualify
suppliers
- Conduct
shelf life studies
- Work
with plant personnel to improve overall quality of products
- Reduce
cost of current products without affecting quality
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s
Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or Food Engineering
- At
least 2 years of experience in product development
- Some knowledge of and contact with the flavor and fruit
juice industries
