through new product development and expansion of their product line.
Client is seeking a Food Technologist, who serves
customers; teaches people of varying skill levels; builds and maintains
rapport with all stakeholders; provides technical expertise in process
validation, equipment operation, and product formulation questions; maintains
customer confidence. The position requires a self-starter who is willing
to learn all technical aspects of our systems and has the ability to
represent Client to customers in an unsupervised atmosphere. Client
offers the successful candidate the opportunity to gain broad experience
in food technology, working hand in hand with product development.
Food Science, Animal Science, or equivalent
years experience in food processing – preference for test kitchen
experience dealing with forming and further processing of fish,
meat, poultry or potatoes.
analyzes and prioritizes information, distilling it to the critical
issues and drawing accurate conclusions.
with product development process and commercialization of food products
for the foodservice and retail markets.
determining the causes of product/process failures.
to develop rapport with client management and maintain strong working
