Food Lab Tech – Ann Arbor, MI

Lab Support is partnered with an industry leader to staff an opportunity for a Quality Technician. Primary responsibilities are to test raw materials and finished products.

Duties may include:

· Performing quality control checks

· Analytical lab work such as pH, Aw, BRIX, moisture, sensory, wet chemistry

· Microbiology including swabbing and plating

Documentation and review of results.

Required skills:

· BS in Food Science or related field

· 1-5 years experience testing foods

Experience in the food industry is a plus
