Sanitarian - Food Safety - Aurora, IL
Our client is looking for a Certified Sanitarian to assist in the
development of their ongoing Food Safety and Environmental Consulting
Program.

Duration: Direct-hire
Location: Western suburbs of Chicago
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the development and implementation of Sanitation evaluation
program
- Support Quality Assurance and Record Review efforts
- Lead and contribute to Food Safety certification programs
- Contribute knowledge of federal, state and local regulations related to
Food and Environmental Safety
Requirements:
- Must have Sanitarian Certification
- Previous experience with sanitation and food safety regulations
- Strong quality assurance and record review background
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of basic computer systems and software programs
