The responsibilities of this position include supervision and development of Food Safety Systems for the organization.  Training, methods development, systems development, auditing, record keeping, inspections, documentation development.




Required Skills & Work Experience: 


Educational background in Food Science or associated field.  Experience with HACCP systems development and maintenance, Quality Systems support, audit and inspection experience, computer skills, equipment maintenance, and procedural development.




Desirable Skills & Work Experience:


Auditor, Inspector, HACCP background, experience in a Food Production facility, Pest management oversite, Laboratory testing.




Reporting Relationship: HACCP Coordinator/ Quality Manager
