A Fortune 500 company and leader in the Food Industry is looking for someone to direct the design, development and implementation of development initiatives to support business objectives. Maintain effective cross-functional relationships across the entire organization . Utilize existing and/or emerging technologies to design and build consumer-valued points of competitive differentiation that drive tactical and strategic business growth.This position is responsible for the start up of a testing facility. Responsible for leading cross functional efforts with both Marketing and Operations to ensure a strong quality focus on all products.
Responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of R&D for the North American business.
Requirements:
MS Degree in food related discipline, engineering, or sciences
10-15 yrs experience in the food industry,
Research management experience
International experience, particularly Europe a plus
 Must have strong leadership skills!
