Food Quality Technician. Primary responsibilities are to test raw
materials and finished products. Duties may include: Performing
quality control checks Analytical lab work
such as pH, Aw, BRIX, moisture, sensory, wet chemistry Documentation and
review of results. Required skills: · BS in Food Science or
related field · 0-3 years experience
testing foods · Experience in the food
