Exponentís Center for Chemical Regulation and Food Safety specializes in timely high-quality, creative, and practical solutions to problems that affect our clients' ability to conduct business globally. Our experienced staff include both technical and regulatory consultants who are experienced in dealing with foods, food ingredients, and nutrition and with pesticide and non-pesticide products including conventional chemicals, biochemicals, microbials, antimicrobials, consumer products, and products of biotechnology.

We are currently recruiting for a Managing Regulatory Consultant in the Center for Chemical Regulation and Food Safety in our Washington, D.C. office. The successful candidate will utilize their experience with federal and state pesticide registrations and knowledge of FIFRA, FFDCA, FQPA, and PRIA to work independently on complex technical and regulatory projects in the food and chemical area. Additional duties will include developing clients, providing technical peer review as appropriate, and assisting in business development and marketing activities

Qualifications for this position include:

         BS degree (Masters or Ph.D. preferred) with a concentration in Chemistry, Biology, Environmental Science, or related sciences

         2-5 years relevant experience

         Extensive knowledge of FIFRA, FFDCA, FQPA, and related regulations

         Excellent verbal and written communication skills

         Strong computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point

         Ability to manage multiple assignments under rigid time constraints

         Ability to participate effectively in large team projects is essential
